TERMS & CONDITIONS

GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech is committed to ensuring that you are happy with the service you receive. If you have any suggestions, please contact the workshop directly.

GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech is managed by Max Anderson operating as a sole proprietor and is not VAT registered.

TECH SPECIFICATIONS

Generally, all builds will target 328 fps on 0.20g BBs (1 Joule) to ensure they will pass variable chronograph testing at your site. DMRs will be at an appropriate power level given your site's limits (for example, 400-410 fps on a 0.20g BB for a 420 fps limits). Spring Bolt Action Sniper Rifles will target 2.3 Joules on an approprirate weight of BB (e.g. 500 fps on a 0.20g BB).

Occasionally, a particular RIF has quirks or nuances that mean a particular upgrade package might require slightly different parts in order to perform reliably. Therefore, reasonable differences between the intended and final build are to be expected.

CANCELLATION

When you are happy with your quote, you will be emailed with instructions on sending your Airsoft RIF parcel to the workshop. If arranging a parcel collection through GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech, cancellation will be at the terms of UPS.

Please notify GRANNY NIGEL Airsoft Tech as soon as possible if you wish to cancel after you accept your quote. If you have already sent your parcel to the workshop and decide to cancel before tech work has commenced, you will be invoiced for return postage only.

If you decide to cancel whilst the tech work is in progress, any original parts will be reinstalled and you will be invoiced for labour and return postage.

PURCHASES AND SERVICES

Accepting a booking indicates that a contract exists between us. This term is to protect us in the event of any mistakes regarding parts inventory or available services. Any changes to the agreed proposition will always be agreed before implementation.

Services are UK-based only.

All deliveries must be checked by the recipient before signing for them. If the package is damaged, either refuse to accept delivery or ask the delivery person to check the contents with you. You should only sign for the goods if you are satisfied. In any other circumstances, please sign the package receipt as "not checked". It can be exceptionally difficult to claim compensation in the event of damage if these instructions are not adhered to.

Please bear in mind the courier’s service Monday to Friday between 0800 and 1800 hours. Collection and return shipping is by UPS only.

CARD SECURITY

When an invoice is paid for, your payment is processed by the financial intermediary and not on behalf of GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech. We do not hold your card details. All payments are secured.

GUARANTEE

All damaged deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of receipt, any longer than this may invalidate your claim.

Upgraded RIFs feature a 6 month warranty on only the upgrade parts installed. For all airsoft replicas, this warranty is voided should you open the internals of your replica in anyway unless permission has been granted by GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech. The warranty is also void if the replica is clearly misused, use of inappropriate batteries or gas types, use poor quality ammo, or attempts to modify the item in any way that changes its original specifications.

Accidental damage is not covered, care should be taken to store rifles properly. They should not be dropped or used to bear weight.

The cause of a fault will be diagnosed and and you will be informed. If a well-reasoned conclusion that the above conditions have been breached you will be charged for any remedial works.

RETURNS 

In the very unlikely event that your modified RIF is faulty please get in touch to discuss any issue you may be having. At our discretion, delivery back to the workshop may be arranged. If possible, Airsoft Tech UK will assist you in any minor repairs at home.

No refunds will be given in the event that a modified RIF is damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.

WARRANTY REPAIRS

If a product proves faulty within the warranty period you should contact GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech immediately. We will then identify the problem and have the problem resolved under the terms of our guarantee. All valid repairs are free of charge for both parts and labour subject to the following conditions:

• Original Invoice (marked paid) required.

• The internal components have not been tampered with.

• No clear signs of misuse.

The warranty only covers that parts provided by GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech and does not include any the following:

• Any breakages as a result of accidental/negligent damage.

• Any routine maintenance required.

• Any faults arising from misuse.

• Any faults arising from any repairs not previously carried out by another party

• Any additional upgrades that have been installed in the product

• Any faults arising from the use of poor quality ammunition

• Any battery with power over 7.4 V LiPo or equivalent has been used (unless alternative power source was originally recommended)

• External damage or wear and tear

Your warranty is also invalidated if the product has been altered or adjusted in any way from its original format, this includes any internal upgrades. Any repairs or maintenance required during the warranty period must be carried out by GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech or other authorised personnel with permission.

GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech reserves the right to change terms and conditions of our warranty from time to time.

SHIPPING POLICY

GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech only ships to the UK mainland and cannot ship on weekends.

UPS is used for delivery of RIFs.

All items are shipped as soon as possible when an invoice is paid, this is usually the same day, however, at times it may take a day or two to get through to the courier.

PRIVACY POLICY

GRANNY Nigel Airsoft Tech does not store credit card details, and customer details are never shared with any third parties.
