HOW SHOULD I PACKAGE MY RIF TO SEND TO YOU?
My personal recommendation is to always send your RIF in its original box if you can. Make sure the RIF is secure inside the box, along with anything else you include. Always include your preferred magazine, and if possible, your preferred battery. Batteries should be kept in their own hard container.
Make sure your RIF's box is covered and no images of RIFs are visible. A large corrugated cardboard box to protect your RIF is ideal. If you don't have a cardboard box available, cover your box with bubble wrap or soft packaging and wrap it round with black/opaque shrink wrap or two black refuse bags over each end. Use parcel tape to seal the package. Include a shipping label inside the parcel and attach one to the centre of the parcel for the courier to use. Remember, if you're sending lithium batteries, you'll need to attach a UN3091 label for LiPo or a UN 3481 label for Li-Ion batteries. You can print these out online via a Google search.
HOW DO I SEND MY RIF TO YOU?
You'll receive full shipping instructions when you accept your quote.
WHY DON'T YOU CHARGE AN HOURLY RATE?
I believe that paying for services should be simple and predictable. An hourly rate means that your final invoice could be wildly more expensive than your original quote - and even if we agree that's acceptable - I don't always believe its fair.
By using flat rates - you getting what you pay for. Its a fairer and simpler way of doing airsoft tech.
DO YOU HAVE A WARRANTY?
Upgraded RIFs feature a 6 month warranty on the upgrade parts installed.
Most of the time, warranties are designed to protect the service provide rather than the customer. I offer ongoing support for all customers. That means if you have any questions or issues you can just get in touch.
In the rare event anything ever needs to come back for a repair, I always return parcels via recorded door-to-door delivery insured up to £1,000 for your peace of mind.
WHAT IS YOUR TURN-AROUND TIME?
I aim to avoid exceeding three weeks, however, this can be affected by parts availability.
HOW DO INVOICES NORMALLY COMPARE TO YOUR QUOTES?
I aim to keep quotes and invoices as consistent as possible, but if the plan ever changes and different parts are required for your RIF, I'll always get in touch with you to agree on the path forward.
All invoices are to be paid within 30 days and are issued via email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PAY AN INVOICE?
Your RIF will not be returned to you until payment is made. Payments are due within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
If after 90 days from the invoice date I am unable to get in touch with you despite best efforts and no payment has been made, your RIF will be sold on the second-hand market for the value of the work completed. Nobody wants to have to deal with that problem - so please ensure that you are contactable and that you pay your invoice on time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF SOMETHING DOESN'T GO TO PLAN WHILST MY RIF IS WITH YOU?
Its rare that something doesn't go to plan, but you'll be the first to know if something isn't right.
We'll agree on any changes and recommendations, and strike a deal that makes sense for you and your preferences.
WHAT AIRSOFT REPLICAS WON'T YOU WORK ON?
I will not work on the following platforms:

Gas powered BASRs.
Anything that is not explicitly Airsoft or any illegal builds
